Research & Evaluation: Considered a research-whiz, I can access, analyze and and synthesize complex information and data from a variety of sources and develop recommendations for a wide range of initiatives. Can apply research methodologies e.g. document review, large-scale surveys, focus groups, and key informant interviews. Understand and implement program evaluation theories and frameworks.
Organizational Effectiveness: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Can create and communicate clear and well considered recommendations. Can develop effective working relationships with and influence different levels of the organization.
Technology Driven: Advanced MS Office suite. Experienced in the non-profit & education sector: I’ve primarily run public sector projects, so I have experience with reporting at the Provincial and Federal government level. I’ve worked mostly on projects funded by the Ministry of Citizenship & Immigration, Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, Human Resources Skills Development, and Canadian Heritage.
